A number of our people have been adversely affected by the effects of the pandemic on our economy just like the rest of the world. As we find ourselves as an institution and an organization that is proud to include the value of “CARE” in our CSR motto, nothing best demonstrates this value so intensely and with much sincerity for our purpose and intention than to give assistance that not only nourishes the body but also the mind and spirit of those that our actions are able to touch. Thus, we have allocated resources, time and efforts to sponsor “community pantries” that were able to provide much needed assistance to people who were in actual need of help in these trying times that a great number of people find themselves in.
The following areas in Barangay Lagos, Sawmill Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija and Bayaning Filipino in Paranaque where KLLP personnel and management chose to establish a “community pantry” and sponsor much needed supplies to pre-existing pantries that were then efficiently distributed to those in need. Also, some personnel participated in the actual distribution of the goods which demonstrated the zeal of the KLLP family to serve the community not only through financial or material sponsorships but through active and sincere participation as well.
