“K” LINE LOGISTICS (PHILS), INC., in line with its CSR program, held its culminating social outreach activity at the Social Development Center, Pasay Chapter, last December 03, 2019. In the truest spirit of the season and the most basic reason of our organization to go into socio-civic programs, we sponsored a simple yet quite meaningful Christmas party for children who for one reason or another have found themselves in the care of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
In the spirit of Christmas, members of our organization shared a little of their time, efforts and genuine smiles to bring a little happiness and love to more than 40 children. We were so blessed to bear witness to young sparkling eyes and heartfelt laughter brought about magic tricks, jokes and parlor games delivered by our enthusiastic clown duo whom we brought in for the kids’ enjoyment. We wrapped up the activity by sharing a simple yet hearty meal with our young brothers and sisters as we all felt that we did something good even for just a fleeting moment in their lives and that of our own.
Out of this year-end activity, “K” LINE LOGISTICS (PHILS.), INC. is committed to contribute time, energy, and volunteers in its future endeavors to deliver socio-civic programs and activities that bring the best values out of our people and humanity as a whole.
