Last May 8, 2018, “K” Line Logistics’ VP/GM, Mr. Kiel Irlanda, in conjunction with representatives from La Salle Green Hills Alumni Batch 1994, paid a visit to outgoing LSGH Adult Night High School (ANHS) principal Ms. Agnes Alonsozana and incoming principal Mr. Rey Ducay to formalize the commitment to sponsor three students attending the LSGH-ANHS from grade 7 until they reach graduation as well as to discuss further ways of supporting the scholars of the ANHS.
The LSGH ANHS was founded 40 years ago in 1978 with the aim of providing education to our brethren affected by poverty and unfortunate circumstances. The ANHS offers a 5-year high school education to marginalized adults aged 16 and above as well as a 1 year technical and vocational program composed of 11 industry driven courses. Aside from these, the ANHS also offers a Mainstream Program for Deaf Learners which allows the deaf to fully participate in educational and extra-curricular activities of the school.
The school also has a data base of graduates who may be qualified to work at companies within the RMI group.
