KLLP Awarded Best Managed Company and 4 Other Awards

Last December 8, 2017, Rayomar Group of Companies held its annual Christmas party at the PICC events tent in Pasay City.  Among the events lined up during the party was the awarding of Rayomar Management Excellence Awards for the year 2017.  The awards were set up in 2016 and were put in place to be a way to recognize well-deserving companies within the Rayomar Group though various criteria established.  

In the 2016 awarding ceremony, K Line Logistics Philippines, Inc. was able to garner the Best in Sales and Marketing award, reflecting the tremendous growth the company experienced in terms of business development and accounts expansion.  It was both a source of pride for KLLP that we were chosen as Best in Sales and Marketing as well as a motivating force for the company to be considered for other awards available for 2017.

The motivation to improve the company's standing and be considered for other awards for 2017 bore fruit as KLLP was adjudged as the top company within the Rayomar Group for the following categories:

1) Best in Return on Assets and Revenue 

2) Best in Innovation

3) Best in Operational Efficiency

4) Best Employer 

The highlight of the night and truly a telling moment of how successful 2017 was for K Line Logistics Philippines was that the company was honored as the Best Overall Managed Company in the Rayomar Group.  These citations were a clear manifestation of the hard work and dedication each member of the company put in last year and success achieved by the company represents the success of each individual in the organization.

Since the motivation for 2017 was to be able to considered for other awards, KLLP's goal for 2018 is to not only maintain its lofty standing but to surpass what the organization has achieved in the past, learning, growing and further improving along the way.
