We hope you are safe and well while we sail through this global unprecedented situation. This pandemic has been affecting largely our business and way of life, and despite the situation, we at K LINE LOGISTICS (PHILS.), INC.  are primarily focused on the health and safety of our employees, clients, business partners, and communities.

It is timely that our company was given approval by the Bureau of Internal Revenue to issue computer generated accounting forms. With this, KLLP shall now adapt the full implementation of our computerized accounting system, specifically through the use of Microsoft Navision 2018, effective September 01, 2021. It thus follows that all of our receipts, vouchers, and invoices, including the official receipts, acknowledgment receipts, billing invoices, etc., will be now computer generated.

To ease in the launching of our new system, we request for an update of your client data with us, and provide us your official email address/es, where our accounting team can get in touch with you to send out the e-forms. We request also to send us the details of your scheduled payment one (1) day ahead of our actual collection.

As we go forward and even as we deal with this pandemic, we’ll make sure to keep you updated. Our offices shall remain to be operational, from Mondays to Fridays 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
