Goods such as general cargo, hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals, over-sized equipment, and vehicles can be carried by a certain container.

Containers of this type have an opening on top with temporary covering such as tarpaulin. This option can be used for over height cargoes and can only be loaded from the top.

A special type of container, flat racks are used for out-of-gauge cargoes that can be loaded on either side or right on top of it. Usually, oversized machineries, pipes, timber, and equipment suit this option.
